The Fairy Bread Kids Hair Towel Launch Story

The Fairy Bread Kids Hair Towel Launch Story

I just had the best two weeks in my business so far - and I'm not even talking about revenue!

A couple of weeks ago, I launched the Junie Fairy Bread kids hair towel - the quick-dry hair towel you've been asking me to make for your kids since the day I launched the adult version. When it finally went live, the response was more than I could have hoped for.

Why I Made a Kids Hair Towel

Junie started as a solution to my own hair frustration - I wanted a towel that dried hair gently, cut down on frizz, and didn't leave me standing around for twenty minutes with a towel turban that kept slipping off. Once parents started telling me their kids needed the same thing (minus the bath time meltdowns over wet hair and tangles), the Fairy Bread kids towel became the obvious next step.

It's the same gentle, quick-dry fabric as our adult towels, just sized and styled for little heads - and it turns out, kids love wearing it just as much as the grown-ups do.

What Launch Night Actually Looked Like

I filmed the whole thing - the nerves, hitting "go live," and the hiccup that needed some quick troubleshooting along the way. Business never goes exactly to plan, and I wanted to share that side of it too, not just the highlight reel.

The Reviews Started Coming In

This is the part that really got me. Seeing photos of kids wrapped up in their Fairy Bread towels, and hearing from parents about how much easier bath time has become -  that's the whole reason I started Junie in the first place.

So Grateful, and There's More to Come

Whether you've been part of the Junie journey since day one or you just found us through the kids towel, thank you for being here. This launch was a genuine full-circle moment for me, and I'm already working on what's next.
