Refund policy

At Junie, we want you to love your hair towel! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at info@heyjunie.com.au with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange your product for a different colour or style, please follow the same steps as a return and indicate the item you’d like instead.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@heyjunie.com.au.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll ensure it’s replaced or refunded promptly.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns on sale items (unless faulty) or gift cards.

  • We recommend keeping proof of postage when returning items.
